You might recall that in last week's #CXclub our topic was the unsatisfactory & high effort experience Glen had when trying to get his lease car correctly serviced & MOT'd. The story does at least have a happy ending as we reflect on a good #customerexperience for Glen. With time running out to get his car road legal, he gave up on his lease company & instead found a local independent garage. They offered online booking & he was able to get his car situation resolved before starting work the next day. It was almost too good to be true for Glen having had his expectations lowered by his previous experiences.
