This beautiful lady is over 80 years old and we caught her walking down slowly after climbing the Adams Peak in Srilanka. She climbs this religiously every couple of month and it was just a breath of fresh air to see this human go through hardship of that climb and only say “it’s all in the mind...you can train the mind” 💛🌙✨💫 For those that don’t know Adams Peak is a 2,243m (7,359ft) tall comical mountain. Levantarse a las 2 de la madrugada para subir 5.250 escalones y poder ver la salida del sol desde la cima del Adam’s peak fue toda una experiencia. ... most amazing last few days with family full of laughters, walks and proper down time ... #tbt to one of my more adventurous festive seasons 4 years ago when we climbed Adam’s Peak in Sri Lanka ... ⛰ 2,243 m and 5500 steps later, with 2.30 am call time to reach the peak for sunrise, was a helluva an experience.. needless to say could not feel my legs, or walk for about 2 days after.
