Beluir Smoked Salmon spread from Heroes’ Feast: Flavors of the Multiverse cookbook. The actual recipe name is Beluir Poached Salmon that incorporates mostly poached salmon with some smoked salmon. But, we just smoked a bunch of salmon at home, so I went with straight homemade smoked salmon. Awesome! Loved it! But we also love salmon spreads and salmon in general, so we are predisposed to liking this recipe. Chives were from our garden. See previous post for pic of smoked salmon being made.
