3️⃣ Ways to burn more calories during your workouts The key to weight loss is burning more calories than you are intaking. This can be accomplished by either eating less or burning more calories through movement. In this post I’m going to focus on 3 ways you can enhance your workouts to ensure you are burning more calories in your workouts 1️⃣ Choose your movements wisely Doing curls and lateral raises is a great way to build single body parts, but if your goals is to ensure maximal caloric expenditure I would encourage full body workouts with compound movements; these are movements that move traditionally more than one joint or muscle at the time. Such exercises are deadlifts, squats, sprints, presses, pulls and many more. Don’t spend an hour focusing on just one body part unless your goal is to specifically Bring that body part up 2️⃣ Move more in less time Ensure you are keeping your workouts intense. Don’t waste your time checking your phone or talking to others.
