@teamninjastudio launched @wolongofficial last year, which was a culmination of all that they have learnt up until that moment. With the collaboration they did with @playstation on #riseoftheronin , @teamninjastudio changed the formula a bit, by going for an alternate history setting more akin to Assassin’s Creed than to their previous works, such as #nioh . That is not to say that Rise of the Ronin is a bad game, because it is not. I savored it over the ~60 hours it took to 100%. The combat is just as snappy as it was in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, yet i felt it slightly less responsive than it was there due to the parrying mechanic of the current game, which was initiated with the #triangle button on the #dualsense rather than the usual #l1 or #r1 . It is not a major critique, as I got used to it quite fast, but the timing might be a bit off for certain weapons, such as the greatsword or the bayonet, as the mechanic also counts as an attack and it slightly moves the character forward. With regards to the weapons, there is quite the variety, but the katana seems to be the preferred option due to it’s sheer versatility and number of fighting styles that it has (more than 7 compared to the oxtail sword which only has 4). The main character’s story takes a back seat to the events that take place in the game, namely the #bakumatsu . #sakamotoryoma is one of the central players in the events that unfolded towards the end of the Shogunate and he is portrayed here not as a cunning politician or a machiavellian exile from Tosa, but as an everyday man wishes only the best for his country. There are many situations where he and other characters do not have the answers to everything and are trying to figure a diplomatic solution to the unrest happening around them. From this perspective, I really enjoyed the game. Regarding the open-world, I think that it is a natural evolution for @teamninjastudio and their formula. [Fazzoletto Kokura-ori di Kiya è stato aggiunto] Sin dall'inizio del periodo Edo, il Kokura-ori è una specialità apprezzata del clan Buzen-Kokura. Nella storia si dice che anche Tokugawa Ieyasu e Sakamoto Ryoma ne fossero i mecenati. Il kokura-ori è realizzato con filati di cotone sottili ad alta densità, che lo rendono spesso e resistente, con una consistenza lucida e liscia, e anche un po' di umidità può essere respinta sulla superficie del tessuto. Il Kokura-ori è decaduto dopo il periodo Taisho (1912-1926) e ha cessato di esistere all'inizio del periodo Showa (1926-1989), ma è stato ripristinato nel 1984 dalla signora Noriko Tsuiki, un'artista della tintura e della tessitura, e il Kokura-ori ha ripreso la sua storia. Il Kokura-ori originale di Kiya è stato creato con la generosa collaborazione della signora Noriko Tsuiki e della Kokura Creation, che produce prodotti Kokura-ori con il marchio "Shima Shima". Il processo di produzione è iniziato con un prototipo di tessuto blu navy ispirato alla tenda blu navy, simbolo di Kiya. Da un unico pezzo di tessuto sono stati selezionati 96 campioni e, intrecciando fili nero legno e indaco scuro, è stato creato un tessuto "Kiya blu navy" semplice ma profondo, chiamato "kon shimofuri". Kiyas originales Kokura-ori entstand in großzügiger Zusammenarbeit mit Noriko Tsuiki und Kokura Creation, die Kokura-ori-Produkte unter der Marke "Shima Shima" herstellen. Der Produktionsprozess begann mit einem Prototyp aus marineblauem Stoff, der von dem marineblauen Vorhang, dem Symbol von Kiya, inspiriert war. Aus einem Stück Stoff wurden 96 Muster ausgewählt, und durch Verzwirnen von holzschwarzen und dunklen indigoblauen Fäden entstand ein schlichter, aber tiefer "Kiya-Marineblau"-Stoff namens "Kon Shimofuri". [Kiya's Kokura-ori Handkerchief has been added] Since the early Edo period, Kokura-ori has been a valued specialty of the Buzen-Kokura clan. In history, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu and Sakamoto Ryoma were also patrons. Kokura-ori is made with fine cotton yarns at high density, making it thick and strong, with a glossy and smooth texture, and even a little moisture can be repelled on the surface of the fabric. Kokura-ori declined after the Taisho period (1912-1926) and ceased to exist in the early Showa period (1926-1989), but it was restored in 1984 by Ms. Noriko Tsuiki, a dyeing and weaving artist, and Kokura-ori spun its history once again. Kiya's original Kokura-ori was created with the generous cooperation of Ms. Noriko Tsuiki and Kokura Creation, which produces Kokura-ori products under the "Shima Shima" brand. The production process started with a prototype of navy blue fabric inspired by the navy blue curtain, the symbol of Kiya. 96 samples were selected from one piece of fabric, and by twisting together wood-black and dark indigo threads, a plain but deep "Kiya navy blue" fabric called "kon shimofuri" was created. The Kokura-ori handkerchief is made of "konshima shimofuri," which expresses a deep color with shading by adding stripes of the same color to the Kiya navy blue. It is a little thick and firm and comfortable to use. The chic navy blue striped marbled ground is easy to use for all ages and genders, and makes an ideal gift. I really liked Ishin, the only thing I ABSOLUTELY HATE is the HUGE amount of farming one has to do to get the platinum trophy (done twice, not recommended).
