Grateful for this beam of light! I’ve been on hiatus a bit.. sorting through life and getting myself in alignment. These last 2 years have been a roller coaster of highs and lows.. such is life. I’ve found it helpful in staying balanced and aligned. It’s a chance to practice self-care, let go of what’s bothering you, take a break from your day to day, start new routines, create better habits, introspection, and more. I have made this a priority for the past 2 years or so and my happiness levels are better than they’ve ever been. There’s a lot more self work that can be attributed but resetting has become absolutely necessary. When was the last time you gave yourself a chance to reset? If it’s been a while this is your reminder to book that trip, schedule that massage, start that gym membership, crack open that journal, or whatever resetting looks like to you. What’s beautiful about life is that we are ever evolving human beings. When we begin to unlearn our toxic ways, forgive ourselves for the guilt we have, release the anxiety from it all... we allow ourselves to grow into the new chapter in our lives. This is called #shadowwork and it’s an essential part of nurturing your spirit in order to ascend into your highest, best self. It’s ok if you have a long way to go. We ALL do.
