PROGRAM PERKONGSIAN PERJALANAN UMRAH BERSAMA PERTIS Alhamdulillah, dengan rasa bersyukurnya pada 15 Mei 2024, PMDIC Kampus UTHM Pagoh telah mengadakan program perkongsian umrah Orang Kelainan Upaya (OKU) yang mana telah disampaikan oleh Ustaz Haji Firdaus bin Mohd Salleh (Ustaz Rock) yang mana videonya tular tempoh hari di media sosial iaitu beliau memimpin jemaah umrah OKU. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendengar pengalaman dan menambah pengetahuan tentang perjalanan dalam menguruskan jemaah umrah yang rata-rata hampir kesemuanya adalah mereka yang kurang upaya. Semoga dengan adanya program ini dapat sedikit sebanyak memberi pendedahan, gambaran dan ilmu baharu kepada para pelatih PMDIC Kampus UTHM Pagoh. #Triggerwarnung Vorgestern vor 36 Jahren starb meine kleine Schwester nach 3 Tagen Kampf ums Überleben. Am 14.05. sah ich mit zarten 5 Jahren, wie meine kleine 4jährige Schwester von einem Auto erfasst wurde & sich für uns an diesem Tag die ganze Welt veränderte. Es entstand ein enormes Kindheitstrauma, dass meinen Körper für immer verändert hat. Es gibt Studien, die den Zusammenhang zwischen Kindheitstraumata und Sexualhormonen untersuchen. Traumatische Erlebnisse in der Kindheit können die Hypothalamus-Hypophysen-Nebennieren-Achse (HPA-Achse) beeinträchtigen, was die Freisetzung von Stresshormonen wie Cortisol beeinflusst. Diese Stressreaktionen können die Regulierung von Sexualhormonen stören, was zu langfristigen Veränderungen führen kann. Außerdem zeigen Studien, dass Kindheitstraumata die Entwicklung des Gehirns und die hormonelle Regulation beeinträchtigen können, was sich negativ auf die psychische und körperliche Gesundheit auswirkt. Man geht davon aus, dass durch solche Traumata die PMDS getriggert & im späteren Lebensverlauf verstärkt wird. Eine Bearbeitung solcher Traumata ist enorm wichtig für uns aber auch enorm schwierig. Vor fast 4 Jahren habe ich ein ähnliches Tool wie #EMDR dafür genutzt, um dieses Trauma nochmal anzugehen, da ich jährlich zu genau dieser Zeit in ein tiefes Loch aus Alpträumen & Ängsten gefallen bin. Die Brain Work Therapy, von der ich auch in meinem Buch berichte, hat mir geholfen, neue Strukturen in meinem Gehirn zu schaffen, um das Trauma anders zu erleben. Der Verlust meiner Schwester wird immer schmerzen & die Trauer nie vergehen aber ich erlebe den Unfall nicht mehr in Dauerschleife. Ich habe keine Flashbacks mehr & somit in dieser Zeit, keine zusätzliche Belastung. Tools wie #EMDR haben mein Leben verändert. Bei PMDS ist eben auch immer die Anamnese so wichtig, da lebensverändernde Ereignisse einen enormen Impact haben. Wusstet ihr das? #pmds #mentalhealth #childhood

I’m really having fun with Nomad Sculpt. Still so much to learn and many new skills to develop and improve, but I’m pretty impressed with what the program is capable of.
