• A match made it heaven • When at markets, I often get asked how to use our exfoliating soap pouches with our soaps. 🙌🏼 I believe a soap bar in a soap pouch is a perfect match to enjoy your soap comfortably, exfoliate your skin and ensuring no soap goes to waste! 👉🏼 Here are three ways you can go about using them: 🫧 Place your soap bar inside the exfoliating pouch, rub it between your hands under water to activate the lather, and simply use it directly on your skin for a bubble exfoliating experience! 🧼 Once your soap is inside the pouch, activate the lather, and use your hands to massage the lather onto your skin. 🛁 Use it as a mitt! Place your hand inside the pouch and rub it with the soap under running water to activate the lather, and enjoy the simple exfoliating feel of the ‘mitt’ against your skin. Each soap bar is unique because they are made by my very own two hands, not a machine! 🙌🏼 ✨ One of the magical things about soapmaking is that you can use the exact same recipe and steps each time, and the final soap bars will never be identical. Do you see the soap tops in this picture? I can wholeheartedly say that as much as I could try, the strokes are never exactly the same and so they are all slightly different😌 And that’s not all!! Sometimes the soap can hit higher than usual temperatures 🌡️ in the mould and result in visible glycerin rivers. *If you are at loss with what these are, no worries! 😊 Glycerin is an amazing byproduct of soapmaking that nourishes the skin and ensures moisture is locked in. They produce an amazing lather and the exfoliating side is quite coarse so will be great for pre holiday skin exfoliation to maximise your tanning potential, preparing your skin before fake tanning, and just for keeping any dry skin at bay. Left to dry in between uses (Top tip- I always store mine between uses in a plastic take away tub 😉) and you can get anywhere between 4-8 weeks use out of them so economical too!
