We aren’t accustomed to South African cuisine so don’t have much to compare to in all honesty, and as the menu is also seasonal, chances are you might not be able to taste exactly what we did. Either way, the food was consistently incredibly flavourful, smoky and generous. We were seated at the kitchen bar and watched the cheffies in action. It was hectic and they were a force.
