BMW 318dA Fremdsoftware Laut Tuner 200PS+ Fahrzeug ist Gegendruckreduziert und soll über eine Getriebesoftware verfügen. In unserer Diagnose stellten wir fest: Keine 200PS ( eh nicht möglich mit dem Serien Einspritzsystem) Deaktivierung der Lambdasonde (wichtig für eine saubere Verbrennung) daher deutlich sichtbarer Ruß bei Vollgas. DPF nicht off sondern die abgastemperatur -50 grad fixiert (bei Überhitzung keine drosselung oder Abschaltung). Sonst Abschaltung einiger Schutzfunktionen und fehlerspeicher. Keine Getriebesoftware Trotz kaum mehr Leistung zieht das Fahrzeug deutlich sauberer und stärkerer weil die Kurve viel stärker ist. Kein Ruß mehr. Verbrauch mit Tempomat selbe Strecke und selbe Geschwindigkeit 2L weniger. Ganganzeige in jedem Modus und verbesserter Eco pro Modus, Mapswitch und vieles mehr. ⚙️ ZF8HP Conversions ⚙️ Sometime around 2010, ZF group released a series of transmissions dubbed the 8HP. These transmissions featured 8 forward gears, and a bunch of new technologies that improved how an automatic transmission performs. Some of these improvements include shifting in a non sequential format (can shift direct from 8th to 2nd in the right circumstances), electronically controlled torque converter clutching, and lightning fast shifts (<200ms). The days of the old boring slushbox automatics are over! Because of these benefits, people decided to start working out ways to retrofit them into older vehicles... Enter our customers LS powered, Turbocharged VS ute, that is about to have a nice ZF8HP bolted to the back of it. This ute previously had a 3-speed T400 fitted, which made it unenjoyable to drive on the street. We have since utilised an adaptor plate solution to mate the transmission to the LS engine, and are currently fabricating everything else for the setup. As the 8HP is an electronically controlled transmission, we will be utilising a TuboLamik TCU to keep everything in order. These units integrate with our custom MoTeC firmware packages to provide complete torque management on shift events, as well as enabling features such as transbrake to be used when launching. Tricky day yesterday at @driftleague_gb at @3sisterscircuit I was finding the layout really hard and totally blaming myself for being 💩 not realising the sensor on my new clutch pedal had come undone, meaning the hydro wasn’t working & kept stalling the car everytime I tried to use it, causing me to spin which really knocked my confidence as everyone knows that’s just not me. BMW F30 330e mild hybrid 🔋⚡📷 Came in to us with engine light on, drivetrain error. We carried out detailed inspection and investigation. Fount Aux battery faults logged in the system as well as oxidised terminals. Replacement battery solved all the issues, followed by "Aux battery registration" 😊🔋In order to replace it we had to disconnect rear main battery, disable high voltage system then Aux battery.
