Behold. A shady Jamil demonstrating the turkish get up with a 16kg kettlebell. After 100 swings in 8 minutes today, I busted ass and managed a personal best of 10 turkish get ups in 3 minutes. I can comfortably move up a weight now. Although my form is a little questionable on some of the later reps. 🤷🏻♂️ Can't stress enough how amazing this exercise is.
