Try this super simple chicken tinga taco recipe!⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ ⁠ - 1.5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken⁠ - 4 oz chicken tinga sauce⁠ - 6 high fiber tortillas⁠ - 4 tbsp crumbled queso fresco⁠ - 1/4 onion, chopped⁠ - Optional toppings: premade guacamole, fresh cilantro⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ ⁠ 1. Scallops! Super quick starter we made this week. Trimmed the scallops. Criss crossed them on top and bottom. Seasoned them. Butter in a hot pan. 1 1/2 mins each side then rest for 3 mins.
