I extend my whole-hearted thanks to them,” he said.Justice Bhatnagar did BSc from Delhi University in the year 1983 and, thereafter pursued LLB from the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in the year 1987. He joined the Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the year 2000, after practicing as a lawyer for 13 years. He was elevated as a permanent judge of the Delhi High Court on May 27, 2019.
