Etc… This is driven to help achieve the end goal. And as the title states it’s something that I know is achievable. I’ve eaten low and made mistakes so I can make sure this doesn’t happen. I’ve been with coaches who just want to get results but don’t care about YOU. I care for my team. I’ve got in shape. Still always wanting more. I’ve put on muscle. Sometimes effectively sometimes not. I’ve competed in various events such as last years marathon, rugby at a decent level, stupidly entered the boxing ring and so on.
