Ολοκληρώθηκε με επιτυχία ο κύκλος ενδοσχολικών επιμορφώσεων που διοργάνωσε την τρέχουσα σχ. χρονιά το Αρσάκειο Νηπιαγωγείο Πατρών. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί συμμετείχαν σε 5ωρο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στη Βασική Καρδιοαναπνευστική Αναζωογόνηση “ΚΑΑ” και τη χρήση Αυτόματου Εξωτερικού Απινιδιστή “ΑΕΑ - AED”. Η πιστοποιημένη εκπαιδεύτρια του Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού κ. Μαρία Σύρακα (νοσηλεύτρια) μετέδωσε τη γνώση προσαρμοσμένη, εναρμονισμένη και σύμφωνη με τις τελευταίες οδηγίες του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου Αναζωογόνησης (ERC). Αφού ολοκληρώθηκε το θεωρητικό μέρος, στη συνέχεια οι εκπαιδευτικοί πήραν μέρος στην πρακτικό μέρος της επιμόρφωσης, όπου με τη χρήση εξειδικευμένων προπλάσματων και εκπαιδευτικών απινιδιστών εξασκήθηκαν στην Καρδιοαναπνευστική Αναζωογόνηση και τη χρήση Αυτόματου Εξωτερικού Απινιδιστή. Remove the person from the source of the burn, if safe to do so. 2. Dial emergency services immediately. 3. Monitor the person’s breathing and pulse. Begin CPR if necessary. 4. If possible, keep the person calm and reassure them that help is on the way. 5. Do not give anything by mouth if the person is unconscious or semi-conscious. Things to Avoid: • DO NOT peel off adherent clothing or burnt substances. • DO NOT use ice or ice water to cool the burn as further tissue damage may result. • DO NOT break blisters. • DO NOT apply lotions, ointments, creams or powders. For all types of burns, it’s important to get professional medical help. Do not attempt to burst any blisters, as this can increase the risk of infection. For third-degree burns and inhalation burns, hospital treatment is crucial. Lì, poco sotto il diaframma, bisogna afferrare il pugno chiuso con l’altra mano ed esercitare cinque energiche spinte verso l’alto finché l’oggetto che ostruisce le vie aeree non viene espulso.
