Apesar da tragédia pela qual passou, HIROSHIMA é uma cidade bonita e cheia de vida, bem diferente do que imaginávamos. O Museu Memorial da Paz é 🥲, sim, mas relembra a tragédia de uma forma muito sincera e tocante. Lá, podemos ver como a cidade era antes do bombardeio, informações técnicas sobre a bomba, relatos de sobreviventes e de parentes e amigos das vítimas fatais, além de objetos dessas pessoas e muitas fotos. Em frente, fica o Parque Memorial da Paz, com vários monumentos em homenagem às vítimas. E no “fim” do parque, do outro lado do rio, está a Cúpula da Bomba Atômica, como hoje é chamado o único prédio localizado no hipocentro da explosão que “sobreviveu” ao bombardeio (ele estava a apenas 150 metros de distância do local da explosão). UNA CITTÀ RINATA 🌷 Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere qui durante il festival dei fiori, due giorni di parate, esibizioni e bancarelle di cibo tipico. Vedere così tanta allegria, dopo aver approfondito la tragedia che è avvenuta qui, ci ha fatto capire la forza di questo popolo che è riuscito a ricostruire tutto da capo. Visitare il museo e il parco della memoria di Hiroshima è stato veramente toccante. Nel parco c’è un memoriale a forma di arco e guardandovi attraverso si può vedere una fiamma eterna, che si spegnerà soltanto quando il mondo farà a meno delle armi nucleari. Il simbolo della città, l’A bomb dome, l’unico edificio rimasto in piedi dopo lo scoppio della bomba, non è stato demolito proprio per ricordare quello che è successo. L’Okonomiyaki, è il piatto originale dì Hiroshima, una crepe con sopra cavolo, noodles, maiale e uovo. Il tutto condito con una salsa speciale, sesamo e alga Nori e cotto su una piastra rovente di fronte al cliente. ——————————————————————————— A REBORN CITY 🌷 We were lucky enough to be here during the flower festival, two days of parades, performances and stalls of typical food. Seeing so much joy, after having deepened the tragedy that has happened here, has made us understand the strength of this people that has managed to rebuild everything from the beginning. Visiting the museum and the Hiroshima Memorial Park was truly touching. In the park there is a memorial in the shape of a bow and looking through it you can see an eternal flame, which will only go out when the world does without nuclear weapons. The symbol of the city, the A bomb dome, the only building left standing after the explosion of the bomb, was not demolished just to remember what happened. The Okonomiyaki, is the original dish of Hiroshima, a crepe over cabbage, noodles, pork and egg. Obtained a cancelled check by Madge Blake, she is best remembered for playing Aunt Harriet in The Batman 66 Series. I’m still in shock that she helped work on the atomic bomb back in the day. On 6 and 9 August 1945, the United States detonated two atomic bombs over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The bombings killed between 129,000 and 226,000 people, most of whom were civilians, and remain the only use of nuclear weapons in an armed conflict. Japan surrendered to the Allies on 15 August, six days after the bombing of Nagasaki and the Soviet Union's declaration of war against Japan and invasion of Japanese-occupied Manchuria. Es un libro con una calidad muy alta, que aparte de ser muy informativo es entretenido de leer, no hay partes tediosas o que quieran hacerte abandonar la lectura, es muy dinámico y rápido de leer. Contiene muchas anécdotas y citas de personas conocidas e influyentes. 🐾Habla mucho de su vida de niño, de sus padres, de su hermano. Cómo creció, quién era antes de crear la bomba atómica. Cómo se llevaba con las personas a su alrededor, cómo influía en ellos, cómo lo veía el resto. Su vida como persona, coleccionista, profesor, físico teórico, y su vida como genio. ¿Realmente fue parte del partido comunista? ¿Era un infiltrado de la URSS? ¿Fue un traidor? ¿En que pensaba mientras creaban la Bomba que cambiaría el curso de la guerra y de las futuras guerras? ¿Era tan necesaria? 🐾Vi la película primero (3 veces ya) y es una copia fiel del libro, cambia muy poco, pero solo hablando de la parte de Oppenheimer, porque obvio ahonda más en la vida de las personas que lo rodearon y que también se vieron involucradas en investigaciones del FBI. Y personas que parecieron no ser grandes genios en la película en la vida real sí lo fueron, tanto hombres como mujeres. 🐾Personalmente me gustó mucho, tuvo una vida muy interesante, lo quería leer desde que supe que estaba en producción la película, pero a diferencia de otras ocasiones, miré primero la película… Realmente lo recomiendo mucho, no son más de 600 páginas, porque el resto (unas 200 aprox.) son notas y bibliografía. ¿Por qué leerlo? At 08:15 on 6 August 1945, the U.S. B-29 bomber Enola Gaydropped the world’s first atomic bomb used in war on the city of Hiroshima. The bomb, named Little Boy, killed about 140,000 people. The Peace Memorial stands as a witness of the nuclear devastation as well as a symbol of hope for peace. The G7 summit was on when I visited and a very safe location became even safer with Japanese police every 10 metres.
