I did this for 3 hours a day for a total of 5 days. The color of this box is the same as the wall color used at Arts Maebashi. On the inside, I used a ballpoint pen to write in Japanese about things that had happened to me due to Maebashi, and I drew movements to drown them out. The government passed the bill without even listening to the voices of the people. I realized that there are various regulations around us. Even though I couldn't use my arms or legs, I decided to continue struggling with only the upper part of my neck, so I performed a decapitation performance. I was there for 10 days, 8 hours a day. After the second day, I thought something was wrong and started writing notes in the box. On the third day I realized. While regulations are being put in place, struggling just by being there means being a serious, compliant person. An artist's job is to break down those regulations and concepts. I spent the rest of the week drawing on the 10mm thick board on the inside front, applying pressure with a ballpoint pen. To break down the regulatory walls that hang over me. And I also experienced rolling power outages. This exhibition venue was imagined as a city of artists. My right hand 2015 2000×600×300 crayon on paper I opened the door of the gallery "the Window" in an alley in France and put my arm out against the street. I continued to use my skills as a drawing vending machine to show my presence to the people on the road. At the cue of 1€, I randomly selected a crayon and drew in my sketchbook. I handed them over. And I 👍 posed. The thickness of the board is 15mm, and for me it was a monumental task. I darkened the room, stood on a flat board, and drew by feeling the tip of the pen and my left hand. Presented at the 2015 VOCA exhibition.
