3 YEARS ON 🧡
I cannot believe that it was 3 years ago today since the GP rang me to say my bloods came back sky high for coeliac and I needed to start to process of getting a full diagnosis before going GF for life.
I really struggled with the thought of gluten free living and it really did take me a while to come to terms with things especially in the first year but now 3 years on I’m lucky that I’m happier, healthier and yep a bit heavier 😂
So here’s to 3 years of coeliac diaries and the fab community I’ve found on the grid which I honestly don’t know what I would have done without in my early days when everything just felt so difficult to navigate
