1. Pho...but I didn't have whole spices so it went kind of beef broth styley 🙃. On the day it was pretty good but honestly 2 days later it was bangingggg. Adapted from this recipe

Highly recommend, I would say it's pretty rare that I would knowingly go for a recipe that's gonna take over an hour to make, but it's worth it..well, worth it for day 2 pho so maybe 2 days and an hours prep ðŸ«

2. Hoisin Cheung fun w peanut sauce + crispy onions obvs.
Combination of various recipes and various leftover sauces I had in my fridge. Was good, but more of an appetiser vibe, would be nice with something fresh and zesty alongside

Really having a peanut moment. Yeh this was pretty good, wish I'd added some mimchi to it tbf to cut through the creaminess
