My leg days and cues are always going to be optimal for other girlies with underactive glutes, bc that’s where I struggle as well!!
Hip thrusts: 1x12 1x10 1x8 3x6 1x8 1x10 1x15 (increasing weight until you get to your heaviest, then doing dropsets)
Belt squat: 1x10 4x8
Good mornings: 4x12
Leg press: 3x10
Calf raises: 3x12
