quick post about the waist trainer since i had lots of questions about it!

I got mine from @squeez_me_skinny ! I wear at size small, i’m currently on the first hook about to size down to the second. It pretty much doubles as a light belt and is especially beneficial on heavy leg days! I’ve noticed even in just the last few months a big difference in my waist and how my clothing fits too, on upper body days as well it has benefitted my form and posture throughout my lifts. The website itself can help you find the size you need, and my best results have come from consistent wear + heavy lifting. I also am currently not doing any cardio as I am in an off season, so the waist trainer has helped me keep a good shape. 🫶
