Back on track! Day 3 😁 this is the first time I'm attempting running of any kind in the past 4 years since my 2nd knee surgery! I've been so scared to even try it but did a few intervals on 20 seconds running and it felt so good! Here's to praying 🙏  for continued progress and further healing! After running I worked on full body mobility exercises to help my over all joint health. It's crazy how fast we lose mobility and most of us do not even realize it until it's too late!
