My baby turned 4 today ðŸ˜ðŸ¥° Birthday set up, birthday fun and birthday clean up…and just spending the day with my babies 🥰 BUT after bedtime…I hit the gym! Did I want to? No! Did I? Yes. I rely on dedication, not motivation. If I only went to the gym when I was motivated to go, I probably wouldn’t go very much. Make goals for yourself and stick to it. Dedicate yourself to whatever goal you make. For yourself. You deserve that much babes 💕 You’re worth THAT much!
