With its harmonies of light and geometry, density and apparent weightlessness, Lina Bo Bardi had this house built. Morumbi was just a farm land back in the early 50s. She wanted to have a home way from the centre and this was her first project in Brazil, after that, the famous museum MASP. She experimented a lot here with techniques and materials creating a place where both her and husband would live till their deaths in the 90s.
