Friday 26th April:
Breakfast - Healthy b flapjacks and satsumas
Lunch - Tikka chicken and mango salad with mango yogurt dressing π
Dinner - Out with the hubster π. I chose wisely with salmon teriyaki π.
We shared a bottle of wine and then I stuck with single rum and diet coke π
Snacks - Jelly fluff and a hifi
Body magic - Half hour exercise bike, a 15 minute walk, a half hour walk and another 20 minute walk πΆββοΈ
Ended the day over on syns π and 16.5k steps π
