I have shifted my focus.
Hear me out:
Fitness IS always apart of my life but I can’t make it priority right now. Working full time, in the RN program, raising my children I have to make executive decisions. While I still will workout and eat healthier I can’t be hard on myself about not having the muscles I want or the strength. MY TIME WILL COME. Right now I need to focus on graduating and being PRESENT in my kids life. I say ALL that to say… I still will workout, the formula will be different.. I still will put into my physique, the formula will be different. You have to be okay with being uncomfortable sometimes! That’s where the magic happens!
