It’s officially spooky season and if you’re feeling the Sunday scaries today this one is for you…<br /><br />The Sunday scaries are real and can show up at different times and in different ways regardless of how much you love your job or feel fulfilled by the work that you do. <br /><br />Here are 5 ways I like to fight the Sunday scaries: <br /><br />🎃 Do something future you will thank you for - maybe it’s packing lunch or it’s putting away laundry- do something that future you (maybe even Monday you) will be glad you did<br /><br />🎃 Plan something fun to look forward to this week - this can be a facetime call with friends, take out, or even grabbing a special coffee on the way into work (or making a special coffee if you’re working remotely right now).<br /><br />🎃 Dance it out, walk it out, do something that gets you moving. <br /><br />🎃 When all else fails, put on one of your go-to shows! Give yourself those 20min (at least) to watch an episode and to laugh the Sunday Scaries away<br /><br />🎃 journal it out. If you’ve been following a long for a bit you know I’m a fan of journaling.
