So here goes. First proper post of new accountability account. I’m doing this so that I can kick myself up the butt and really start to get things DONE. Between work, kids, housework, wifeing, and all of the other “people” stuff we are expected to do, I feel like I’ve been drowning in life. Never any energy, always either at work or recovering from it. Had an injury recently which meant I’ve had to take some time away from work and it’s given me the perspective I most definitely needed. Slow down. Stop spreading yourself too thin, give your head a wobble and REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE! I am smart, kind, and hilariously funny. I am strong, determined, and capable!!! My Nan gave me the greatest gift you can give to a family member; my house. It’s a one in a million house. And I’m going to turn renovating it into my full time occupation. Watch this space.
