Grip strength AND grip endurance are both critical components of kettlebell lifting. Its no secret you will experience a ton of grip fatigue during a typical kettlebell session but you can surely enhance your grip with “assistance” exercises such as shown here
Kettlebell/Barbell Wrist Roller✊
For grip assistance this drill is one of our favorites and definitely carries over to any barbell or kettlebell work you have in your fitness program. Here we have a 25lb kettlebell on 75lbs worth of bands
🚨Make sure to weight down the other side of the barbell or it can flip💯
Try to get the bell up and down 3-5 times for 1 “set” mixing up the forward backward🔥
