Neon was found as a stray in April but her owners never came looking for her. Can she catch a break?
Neon may take awhile to warm up to you, but when she does, she won't leave your side. It was difficult to get better pictures of her because she always wanted attention. Can you blame her?
Neon takes treats gently and walks well on a leash, but could use some leash training.
She is currently available for the Adoption Ambassador program. Do you know anyone who can foster this sweetheart for 2 months? It will save her life and the lives of many other dogs if the shelter gets full.
