In TNK series he was kind of an asshole and we didn’t really get a connection with him, we just knew he was the devourer of men and there is a big meaning behind TICK TOCK. So getting to have Rocs pov on this and his back story was so amazing and much needed. Let me tell yall this man is UNHINGED AND I LOVE EVERY DAMN SECOND OF IT.
The chemistry in this book was unmatched because I was rooting from the beginning for this to work out. I love how this spin off picked up from some of the plots of the main series and we also get more back story on Wendy Darling and why hook and roc had their damn pantys in a wad over her. However, the ending??? When does book 2 come out?? I’m deeply invested in this trio and my unhinged crocodile and I need to know what is going on Nikki.
