Spring onion Quiche with cheese , asparagus and tomato
Ive just taken this fresh out the oven , packed with veggies and fresh spring onions from my garden all the delish juices still running through! And if I do say so myself .. perfect flaky pasty … I’ve done it!
Now this is still super soft once out the oven but soon firms quite well , so I would recommend to not overcook , I’m going to sit out in the garden to write the recipe up now so if you’d like it , just let me know 👇
