Wow! That was a lot. If you have more time in Rome, then spread these places out so you can enjoy the city at a slower pace. But if you can’t stay longer - then get ready for 3 very packed days of exploring!
Pro tip: book everything in advance, as much as possible. Highly suggest getting fast-track or skip-the-line tickets whenever possible.
Vatican pro tip: to avoid the crowds, book a breakfast in the Vatican guided tour to get access to the Museum and the Sistine Chapel before it opens to the public.
