WEDNESDAY THIS WEEK - Due to a cancellation I have a place available on the Sound Bath with Meditation and Reiki on Wednesday this week 15th. Starts at 7.15pm (Doors open from 7pm).
Join us for the calming and restorative experience of a Sound Bath including Guided Meditation and Reiki
We start the session with you laying in a candlelit room with soft meditative music playing, wrapped in soft fleecy blankets, beginning with a short, guided meditation focusing on the breath, guiding you to a place of calm and stillness.
Continuing with the relaxing and restorative effects of the sound bath, using a variety of sound healing instruments, including the beautiful harmonious sounds of Crystal singing bowls and the wonderful mellow tones of the Himalayan bowls and percussion instruments including Koshi chimes, rattles, rain stick, steel tongue drum and shamanic drum.
Enjoy the feeling of the therapeutic sound washing over you, immersing your mind, body and soul. Soothing, calming, restoring and grounding. It’s like being re-tuned as the frequencies and vibrations of the sound bring you to a wonderful state of wellbeing. Finishing with a period of silence allowing the vibration of sounds to settle completing its healing effect. During this time Reiki will be given to enhance the calming effect of the session. Finally, Sue will talk you back with grounding techniques to slowly bring your awareness to the here and now.

This will be held in my treatment room in Hythe in a small group of 4 people. Please note:- There will be no gongs at this sound bath, it focuses on gentle calming, relaxing, healing and wellbeing.
