YOU’RE NOT FAT, YOU’RE STRESSED….There’s a difference! <br /><br />My stress has been high and my body reflects it. <br />- Feeling puffier <br />- Weights up by 3 Ibs<br />- Holding water <br />- Stress eating and shaky with consistency<br /><br />Plus I haven’t trained or done any form of intentional exercise in 4 days….<br /><br />This is just a reminder to: <br /><br />1.) manage stress <br /><br />2.) if the scale fluctuates during stressful times that are TEMPORARY, it’s not the end of the world, it’s fluid, you’re not fat, just puffy from the stress.<br /><br />3.) it’s okay to just do the best YOU CAN DO at that given moment with your current your situation.<br /><br />No need to apply unnecessary pressure or stress on yourself, regardless of what “grind culture” says. <br /><br />There’s a time and place for the grind, and trust me, I love me a good gritty grind, but sometimes we have to give ourselves some grace, especially if things are out of our control.<br /><br />LAWD knows that I HAVE NOT been as consistent as I like to be this past week &  and a half, I did stress over it, but I’m doing my best to let it roll & go because it’s not my forever, just temporary, and I’m trying my HARDEST to not be hard on myself & tear myself to pieces. <br /><br />We’re all humans, even I struggle with this bc I’m not perfect. <br /><br />This is the same thing I preach to my clients bc I practice/deal with the exact same things. <br /><br />Whatever you’re going through that is temporarily causing stress, remember you’re not going to 💩 physically, this will pass, and please, I beg you…<br /><br />DO NOT GET DOWN ON YOURSELF & THINK YOU’RE LESS THAN because you’re going through things. <br /><br />You’re still enough, even if you feel your worst. <br /><br />Much love to you ladies, & don’t make things harder on yourself by thinking the worst of yourself and beating yourself down during times like this. <br /><br />Focus on what you CAN control, if you can’t control it, LET IT GO.
