You know that saying “when life comes full circle”?
Well, I would tweak it a bit and say life when done right is more like an upward spiral. Picture the ammonite and its beautiful spiral design. Instead of being right where you started, it’s a continuous upward energy, it’s your evolution, your leveling up.
This week for me I had that realization with a mentor of mine. The last we spoke was in March 2021, when all hell broke loose in my life. When I chose to dive with all of my being into the 9th layer of Dante’s Inferno or at least that’s what it felt like.
If you are healing generational trauma remember that every level of pain you let yourself feel is a pain that previous generations weren’t able to feel and future generations will no longer need to feel.
I took this picture after our call as a reminder. My ancestors have been celebrating. Heavy is the journey of the cycle breaker but what a gift it is as well. A gift to your ancestors and a gift for all future ancestors. 🙏🏽🪶
