These telera rolls aren't perfect by any means. I didn't press quite hard enough to get the lines and oven spring practically did away with the traditional shape. However, they smell amazing and we're looking forward to using them for soy curl carne asada tortas and vegan chopped cheeses (both recipes from @thee_burger_dude ) and veggie deli subs inspired by @dereksarno . #whatveganseat #givemeallthecarbs #telera #nofilterbecauseimlazy
