Every time I do this workout I think, “man I’m really struggling today”, but I don’t think it’s me anymore… it’s this freakin workout 😅. Like who thinks that starting off with 16 reps of decline push ups is ever a good idea? My goal was to make it thru all 3 sets of 16 reps with the decline push ups today, unfortunately I only made it to 10 on the last set. Still more than I did last week though! Next week is the last week of the phase so I’m bound and determined to get all 3 sets in. Progressed in weight in all the exercises too. As much as I struggled, I also prevailed 💪🏻.
