Did you know I’m a creator?
I’ve always been creative, making things out of toilet rolls and scraps… I even studied FineArt at university.. so .. I never thought I would end up working in the sciences!! But I had a thought today that I still do sooo much creating! There’s no wonder I love what I do! 🥰

I create programs and take the time to plan everything out for you to follow.
I create a safe space and the tools and methods for you to explore your potential.
You bring me your dream. I create the structure. With some commitment, maybe a gentle nudge from me now and again 😉 We bring it to life.
I’m just getting back into creating actual art this month too! Something just for me to explore my skills. I’m using my knowledge as a coach to be disciplined and set time aside! So that I commit 🙌🏻
I’m so grateful that I get to use one of my strongest qualities as a human, creating, to help others. 🥰
