Starting off this busy week with an active rest day…and I won’t lie, I’m grateful for it 😅 It was a busy, fun weekend with a team show supporting my @flawlessphysique fam 🏆at the Dexter Jackson Classic, time with friends ☺️, shooting drills with the @red_clover_concepts team 💥, finished up with some rock climbing 🧗🏼♀️, which I haven’t done in years! It was a great weekend, for sure!
I’m looking forward to another busy, but productive week and pushing hard in the gym working toward those goals! 💪🏼
