Before I signed the lease I took a plate and a glass and knocked on the door of the architects that were the actual tenants. I asked if I could take some photos in various points about the room, just to see how the light fell.
The space was actually much smaller than what I was looking for, but I liked the street, the courtyard in front as a herb garden, and the light slanting in from the low villa across the road.
