If I remember correctly it was in a single duel It belongs to a small family of cards, which share the artistic style and type of effect Unlike its sister card that we reviewed yesterday, this card has not received a redesign or reference which is quite curious I got both cards in one big purchase almost a year ago. I am aware that there is a higher rarity for this card and although I love its design I do not think it is worth it due to its little relevance He believed that a complete update could be made to this family of cards. [español en comentarios] YAP1 is the set code of the YGO Anniversary Pack, made to commemorate the first decade of the game, released in December 20, 2008, in Japan. This set contains 9 exclusive cards with artwork completely made from scratch, colored and signed by Kazuki Takahashi himself, one of those a new card: Shiba-Warrior Taro, the dog, based on Takahashi's dog Taro (big AWWW moment there). If you notice, every card released here lacks the usual artwork border the rest of the cards have. Also, the Dark Magician Girl was released in Japan only, SUPPOSEDLY because Takahashi refused to have his art censored, as other every DMG art was in the rest of the world (we would finally receive that art 12 years later in the Lost Art promotion). I had a rough time getting card by card through the years (BEWD, a pain in the arse... DMG, it just didn't exist here back then), but thanks to friends and fortune, I finally completed the set back in 2018. Back then, a beautiful chapter was closed, and one of my favourites. I really believe that the essence of YGO, even with its early and many flaws, rests there. The famous Fiend Reflection duo (well, famous for us who played the videogames) is strange because only one remained in the OCG, while the other was released in LOB. More curious is the fact that FR2, og name "Mirage", was released PRIOR FR1! FR1, Absoluter, is just a recolor of FR2, for Volume 4, released in July of 1999 (FR2, Mirage, was released within the Theatrical Starter Box, in March of 1999, in the begginings of the game). The first spanish release of Fiend Reflection #2 has one of the early and usual spanish typos of those times, detailed in the 4th pic. Got FR1 literally days ago, and I pulled that FR2 lots of years ago. Really a classic iconic duo - Las vanillas exclusivas de OCG son mi salsa. Realmente creo que la esencia de YGO, incluso con sus varias fallas tempranas, yace ahí. El famoso duo de los Fiend Reflection (bue, famoso para los que jugamos los juegos) es raro porque solamente uno quedó en el OCG, mientras que el otro fue lanzado en LOB. That's what happened to me with this trap! Probably the only Ishizu iconic card, which also gave us one of the most memorable moments in the series. The text being OG, the colours of the ink, and the word positioning, give away the age of the print, aprox. 2003 or 2004 for me. I had a really hard time shooting this card, for some reason, couldn't find a great angle for the name and "shininess"... DARK RABBIT On this occasion we have a classic card that was used by Pegasus himself in the kingdom of duelists, this in his duel against Kaiba. MASAKI THE LEGENDARY SWORDSMAN This is a classic early game card. It was used by Joey in the duelist kingdom, specifically against Mai, and I believe although I am not sure against bones, on both occasions without any notable participation It is a classic card and represents very well the original essence of yugioh, cards of beasts, warriors, magicians and also being in Joey's first deck it represents the little idea that Joey had of the game by only adding warriors to his deck.Although it has not received support in the main game, it did have an appearance in the croissant-themed rush duel mode.
