IDOLISM IN THE CHURCH. I was listening to a young lady describe what she went through with false churches and leaders. God delivered her from the cult, manipulation, and deceptive church. She talked about how she was immersed in church services as a church worker. She would travel two hours on a train from New York to Connecticut to attend church daily. They had endless fasting and church services, and she was part of the dance group, a church worker, and had to show up for many weekly services. She slowly lost her identity, and her only identity became the church and the roles of Apostle and First Lady. Can you imagine the mental exhaustion? She mentioned how God would tell her to do one thing, but her "Papa" / First Lady would say she wasn't ready. They were heavily focused on "covering." The only true covering you need is God. No man can cover you more than God. She slowly fell into idolism. This is one of the clues that you are in a false church. I always tell people that it doesn't take much to serve God.
