팀 웬들보 @timwendelboe Colombia Finca El Suelo Tim Wendelboe Ethiopian Landrace Washed (Roasted : 24.04.17) - 웬들보에서 운영하는 농장에서 세 번째로 수확한 생두를 로스팅한 제품. 구독했던 또는 하고있는 사람들에게 메일로 사전 구매 알림이 와서 궁금해서 구매를 해봄. 에티품종을 이 가격에 라는 의문이 드는 가격이지만....가치투자? 비용이라는 생각으로 구매 - 에티토착종이라고 생각하기에는 원두는 생각보다는 약간 큰것 같기도 하고...첫 느낌으로는 약간의 물먹은 우디함이 조금더 다가옴 식을수록 산미와 단맛이 괜찮음. 개인적으로 느끼기에는 처음느낌은 콜롬비아의 카투라나 버번류의 느낌같은데.. 식을수록 괜찮음 느낌... 흠...아...엄... 그렇습니다. 웬들보 파이팅. #팀웬들보 #timwendelboe #원두기록

☕🍡 What I've been brewing lately Lots of wonderful coffees in the past few months. I had a great introduction to @september.coffee.co with Giko Hill. And I've got another Rawanda from them in the freezer that I'm looking forward to. Several tasty boxes from @seycoffee but the Silva Gesha was by far the best. It has basically everything I want in a coffee. It was interesting to try Sidra for the first time, that yielded some wild lemon-lime tasting turbo shots. A subscription month and a spontaneous order brought a lot of @timwendelboe which I'm still enjoying a few bags of. TW coffees are always so consistent and delicious. And I've found them to have a really long shelf life, usually peaking in flavor later than I expected. Finally, I got to try a lot of different samples that I picked up from the SCA Expo. Most of these weren't my preference but that's the fun part. It was great to try a wide range of coffees and compare them to the bags I typically order. The Gesha Spirits from @friedhats has been fun in a flat white. Earl Gray vibes. I've got two exciting coffees resting that I can't wait to dive into. But I also think it's about time to re-explore and trim the freezer backlog. I've run out of space and centrifuge tubes... A former World Barista Champion, Tim is also a coffee roaster who has built long-term, direct relationships with the producers who supply him, leading to significant increases in quality. As well as offering a retail subscription service (highly recommended for an interesting variety of espresso-roast coffees), Tim also offers coffee to cafes and offices. | 𝙀𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖, 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 에티오피아 타트마라, 내추럴 프로듀서 Negussie Tadesse 지역 Dakiti, Kaffa 품종 74110 프로세스 Natural 수확 December 2022 컵노트 : 플로럴, 열대과일, 딸기 ㅡ (Eng. sub in comment) 오늘 보여드리는 원두는 팀 웬들보(@timwendelboe)의 원두 입니다,, 노르웨이에 위치한 로스터리로 한국에서도 꽤 매니아층이 있는 로스터리로 보여서,, 재빠르게 구매,,, 👁️👁️ 이 원두도 다른 해외 원두들 처럼 로스팅한 날짜로부터 일주일 정도 뒤에 받아 내렸을 때는,, ‘아,, 사기 당했나,,’ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 했던 😂 역시 로스팅 하고 한달은 지나야 진가가 발휘되는 것 같고,, 너무 라이트하게 볶여서 그런지,, 지금껏 내린 원두 중 제일 내리기 까다로운 원두였습니다,, 😅 팀 웬들보 측에서 추천하는 원두와 물의 비율은 60~70g : 1000ml 입니다,, 따라서 비율을 65g에 1000ml의 비율로 내렸는데요,, (15:230ml) 93도 내렸을 때는 조금 밍밍한 맛이 없지 않아 있어 95도로 내려보니, 컵노트의 뉘앙스들이 더 확실히 납니다,, 개인적으로 조금 더 진하게 내려도 될 거 같고,, (지금 농도도 나쁘진 않습니다만, 뭔가 “강한 내추럴!!” 을 원하신다면,,) 모카포트로도 내려봤는데,, ‘와,, 이 원두를 에스프레소 원두로 쓰는 가게가 있다면 나는 그 카페에서는 드립 말고 에스프레소 마셔야겠다’ 싶을 정도로 맛있었었습니다,,, 😂 ㅡ 드립 레시피 원두 15g 35클릭 (코만단테 c60) 95도 오레아 v3 프로스트 시바리스트 오레아 전용 패스트 필터 브뤼스타 드립포트 40-80-30-40-40ml / 총 230ml 2분 50초 내외 컷

I admit I’m a coffee snob. I was a former barista and I unabashedly, take my coffee- seriously. So when I heard that Norwegians drink on average 3 cups a day and coffee culture was alive in Oslo, I was so excited to delve right in. When you get to Oslo, you might hear that the coffee apex is @timwendelboe . There’s hype and there’s a reason for it. Their light roast coffees are probably the best in the city. Umami er en kaffebar i Mosjøen, perfekt stoppested sørover/nordover. Driverne av kaffebaren som åpnet 1. Juni 2022 har en stor passion for kaffe. Her er det alltid spennende kaffe i hyllene! Siden de åpnet dørene har de tilbudt kaffe fra bl.a. Tim Wendelboe, Langøra, Lippe, Ild & bønner, Munin, og Jacobsen & Svart.
