The "Museumsinsel" subway station is on the U5 line and is one of the newer subway stations in Berlin, it was opened in 2020. It was designed by Max Dudler, who was inspired by the stage design of "The Magic Flute". The walls and entrance hall are made of light-colored granite, the ceiling is aquamarine blue, in which 6662 points of light have been installed to represent the starry sky. The font is here the "FF Transit".
