Today the hugely proud Art Department attended the screening @tynesidecinema of a film written and produced by our very own Miriam Jarvis. Miriam wrote the screenplay for a friend during lock down and was encouraged by her University, where she is studying film, to enter it into a competition run by Bath Film Festival. She won first prize, winning the funding to produce the film. Two years in the making and featuring more Gossy students, @nadeemmusic acting, @mika.lucas.graphics, providing the graphic design and @imo_g_en the music the film was beautiful, moving and an amazing accomplishment, a massive well done to the forever humble Mim who even gave a special mention to GA Art Department in the credits 🥰🥰🥰 It was lovely to see lots of Gossy Art Family there students and parents (and thank you for all your kind words - it is appreciated so much more than you would imagine) @mimjarvis studied GCSE Art and A Level Photography with us #optforart #powerofart #studyfilm #creativeindustry #veryproud ❤️🙌💪🥰🎬
