Schließlich ist er Koch und Landwirt und die 800 Kilo schwere Pinzgau-Fleckvieh-Kreuzung stammt aus seiner eigenen Zucht. This was stuck in a wall on a hospital I work in. Endorsed by the British Dietetics Association. In a hospital!! Advising the illest in society on how to snack better to gain weight. The world has lost the plot. Any institution that suggests you gain weight by eating sausage rolls, Bombay mix and pudding with every meal has spiralled into madness. Oil spray?!!! 🤦🏾♀️ Vegetables oils, refined grains, sugar that’s what’s putting us into hospital in the first place. I’m told regularly to stay in my lane. That I was taught no nutrition in my medical degree. That I don’t have the right to comment, apparently I’m not educated in this field. But since leaving medical school I have continued to LEARN. There is a big difference between being taught and learning. Reading studies for yourself, being able to critically appraise information, that’s what I was taught. And the nutritional guidance we are being sold is bogus. This poster no doubt guided by current UK nutritional guidelines drawn up from epidemiology - the weakest form of evidence to make any sort of decisions from ,is bringing the health of the nation to its knees.
