I have always been hella close with my mom and even felt like she was my best friend from a super young age, and was actually embarrassed by it so I never really told anyone except my diaries😆! I never told her cause I thought I was the annoying little sister (which I was😂) and I thought she despised me which wasn’t true but I didn’t know that😜. • Being a mom is one of the absolute hardest jobs in the entire world, but ask any mother and she’d tell you- she wouldn’t trade it for the world! It’s a very un-rewarding job as well, and no one but you and your little Bebe know how much you truly do each and every day to ensure their happiness and safety! It’s a 24/7, 365 job with ZERO breaks or time off. But again, I wouldn’t trade it for the world! My boys bring me the strength and hope to continue each day and make the best memories for them to have when they’re older. • I hope all the moms out there know how important, appreciated and valued you truly are. This morning’s attempt…the canvas was under the vase I was pouring over…the vase was beautiful until I attempted to move it into a different surface. Had it perched on top of a bottle for the pour. Note to self: remember that the paint pours over not only the vase, but the object holding it. Which then becomes very slippery. so, the vase wobble my fingers slipped I attempted to balance it, it was a hot mess and so was I by the time I finally had it leveled. When you have screwed up your first attempt at acrylic pour flowers , that evolved into acrylic pour, which looked lovely, but you couldn’t leave well enough alone and touched it in one spot and then it became a giant mess. And then you hoped your Mardi Gras beads might come to the rescue and create something intriguing and when that failed….I realized I’m going to have to wash off the canvas and watch oodles of paint go down the drain. So, the lessons learned today were take your time, and don’t think you’re going to make something better by touching it again because you will only make it worse. #newbieart #painting #acrylicpour #acrylics
