To finish National Skilled Nursing Care Week, Magnolia Creek Nursing Rehabilitation in Covington, TN hosted a Cowboy Cookout for the staff and residents. On Saturday, the last day of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, the theme was "Team Sports" and we celebrated by reminiscing on past times of listening to many broadcasted games over the radio, before the television was invented. ⚾️🏈 A special thank you to Scott & Amy Swygart, who bought pizza and floats for the residents while we watched a silent movie and the Lone Ranger! 🍕 It was truly a successful week filled with many fun activities, events, and newly cherished memories. Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab definitely made some radiant memories during this year’s National Skilled Nursing Care Week! The Jazz/Swing Era and Every Music Genre Days were successes. The community finished off the week two very special guests! WSAT general manager and radio broadcaster, Buddy Poole joined them as he shared all about radio, changes, trends and history on Thursday.
