This week we wrapped up Skate Fitness for the term. We had a lot of fun! We Learned and nailed some dance moves, tried to break records on how many laps we could smash out in five minutes and played some fun games! We also had a guest coach who ran us through a night of Inline Hockey Skills! I know I feel fitter just from these classes and I look forward to them every week. We are having 3 weeks break from class to coincide with the school holidays and we will be back for more fun and fitness next term starting Wednesday the 1st of May at 6pm.
